After earning a B.S. in Marine Engineering at the
United States Merchant Marine Academy in 1993, George sailed on the
ocean for a few years. He then became a Manufacturer's Rep in New
Jersey until he couldn't stand NJ any more and moved as far away as
he could to Oregon. In 2003, AAON called up George and convinced
him to move to Boise and start his own Rep firm, thus Innovative Air
was formed. |

After graduating from Iowa State with an Engineering Degree, Kerry
worked for 2 years in Kansas City, Missouri. After working in
Missouri Kerry moved to Boise where he has worked for the last 14
years and 13 of which he has been an HVAC Consultant. A few major
projects in Kerry’s portfolio are the design of the HVAC system in
our own Boise Airport and designing the HVAC system in our own
Innovative Air office when we under went a major office expansion after we hired him in June
of 2006. When not diligently working Kerry enjoys wood working,
fishing, and skiing. |

Mike came to work
for Innovative Air in July of 2008. He has a vast career in the HVAC
world that spans 25 years. It began in the US Navy in which Mike was
enlisted for 6 years. While in the Navy he graduated from the Naval
Propulsion Engineering School. His engineering degree took him from
Alabama, Louisiana, California, Georgia, Florida, Oregon (just to
name a few places) and then Mike landed in the Treasure Valley where
he has worked and lived for the past 10 years. With all his life and
engineering experience we are very pleased to have Mike on our team. |

Having been in the
HVAC business for over 40 years to say Bart has a lot of experience
is putting it lightly. This Mechanical Engineer has owned a rep firm
in Boise, Idaho for 30 years, a mechanical engineering firm in Salt Lake
City, Utah, DDC Controls firm in Boise for 10 years AND a Filtration
Distributorship in Boise for 25 years. Bart decided
to come work for us in 2006 after trying to retire for the THIRD
time and discovering it was just to boring for him. We have been
very fortunate that Bart decided to come work with us and he has
brought his great wealth of knowledge with him. |

Educated at our own
Boise State University, Brendan graduated in 2006 earning a Bachelor
of Science in Mechanical Engineering. We hired Brendan in May of
2008 and it has been a pleasure to see him learn and grow since we
are the first HVAC company that he has worked for. Brendan has a
great love of cars, custom fabrication and is a fantastic mechanic
even at his young age. In his free time he enjoys working on his 13
cars and trucks. |

Jesse
started his career at a local HVAC company as an
Indoor Air Quality Technician, and progressed to a Construction
Controls and Start-up Technician. After 10 years in the field, Jesse
was ready for a change of pace. He started at Innovative Air excited
about a new view of the same field. He constantly keeps up
with the industry changes that are taking place, and is proud that
he can help lead the local industry to change for the better.

Cameron is
Innovative Air's newest addition, coming to work in June of 2009. He
has worked in sales in the HVAC industry for the last 8 ˝ years. He
started with a rep firm out Utah in 2001 and then moved to the
Treasure Valley in 2006 and has worked and lived here ever since. In
his spare time he enjoys golfing and skiing. |

After retiring from
20 years in the Navy nuclear power program Tom had gained a great
knowledge of controls on the vessels he had been working and living
on. Before he had even retired he was offered a job working for our
own Bart Petterson in his DDC Controls company. Even though Tom
moved on to other opportunities Bart kept him in mind after becoming
employed with Innovative Air. Innovative Air wanted to get involved
in the Controls division of HVAC. With a little coursing from Bart,
Tom came to work for us in February of 2007 to head the new
corporation Innovative Controls. We have greatly benefited from
Tom's 5 years of control experience here in the Treasure Valley. |

Educated at the
United States Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point NY Keith earned
his B.S. degree and unlimited horsepower engineer's license for
steam, diesel & gas turbine power plants. After many years at sea
and in shipyards, Keith upgraded to First Engineer and then promptly
decided to work locally on terra-firma! He began work for our
controls division in November 2007. He is a professional mountain
bike racer, daily bike commuter and his favorite pastime is
backcountry bicycle and ski touring with his wife... and their
little dog too. |

Megan has 4 years
of accounting experience and 3 years experience in office
management. Before coming to work for us in March of 2007, she had a
varied work experience which included two CPA firms, a bank,
bookkeeping at a mortuary, and a few other odd ball jobs like
selling knives and delivering newspapers. Since her employment here,
Megan has implemented a CRM database, commission management
database, and assisted in organizing our 6500 sq ft warehouse. In
her spare time Megan enjoys making jewelry, selling it and assisting
her husband run a carpet cleaning business. |
